  • We are aware of the smishing/phishing scams regarding outstanding toll charges. The Mobility Authority will never ask for personal information via text/email. Please do not click on links or respond to any suspicious messages that aren’t from any of the listed numbers. The Mobility Authority works diligently to protect our customers’ data.

A Message To Our Valued Customers

Valued Customer,

Due to a maintenance issue, there has been a slight delay in processing certain transactions on the 183A and 290 Toll Roads. The affected gantries and time periods are:

  • 183A Toll at Brushy Creek Northbound ramp from November 27-December 12, 2017
  • 290 Toll at the Giles Mainlane Plaza from December 1, 2017-mid-February 2018

If you traveled on one of the impacted roadways during the specified times, the transactions have now posted to your account and no action is necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
