MoPac Trail

Approximately 5 miles of facilities along MoPac completing existing connections into downtown Austin from Parmer Lane.

The MoPac Trail completed commuter gaps in the existing network of bicycle facilities between Parmer Lane and the Colorado River in downtown Austin. It includes two miles of shared use path on the western side of MoPac from the Walnut Creek Trail to N. Capital of Texas Highway and one mile of shared use path across US 183 on the eastern side of MoPac. The project also constructed four miles of sidewalk between Parmer Lane and Anderson Lane.

Accessing the Trail

There is no dedicated trailhead for MoPac Trail. Connections can be made from Walnut Creek Trail or neighboring communities and businesses.
