Since its founding in 2002, the Mobility Authority has been a leader in deploying and investing in new technology. From breaking new ground all-electronic tolling to introducing congestion pricing – express lanes to Central Texas, the Mobility Authority has a history of harvesting new ideas to improve roadway safety and expand mobility options. With each innovation, the Mobility Authority learns and adapts, producing insight that can be of great value to the Authority, community leaders, partner agencies, the transportation industry and many others.
