(PESC) (TBPE Firm Registration No. F-1475) is an Austin-based, woman-owned, structural engineering consulting firm specializing in the structural design of bridges, retaining walls and related transportation structures, as well as toll buildings and facilities. PESC maintains a reputation for innovative, high-quality and aesthetically pleasing work, with a 25-year history of service to TxDOT, CTRMA, the City of Austin, central Texas Counties, Capital Metro, and numerous other public agencies and transportation authorities. The firm has special expertise in Aesthetic Design of structures and Accelerated Bridge Construction. The firm is currently TxDOT pre-certified in Bridge Layout Categories 3.4.1, 3.5.1 and 3.6.1; Bridge Design categories 5.1.1, 5.2.1, 5.3.1, and 5.4.1; Roadway Construction Management and Inspection (11.1.1); Major Bridge Construction Management and Inspection (11.2.1); and Foundation Studies (14.3.1). PESC is certified as a DBE/WBE by the City of Austin, WBE/SBE/ESBE by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA), WBE with the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA), and as a HUB with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. |
