12. Executive Session: Discuss legal issues relating to legislation proposed to the 82nd Texas Legislature that may affect the Mobility Authority, its operations, or jurisdiction, as authorized by section 551.071.
13. Executive Session: Discuss legal issues relating to procurement and financing of CTRMA transportation projects, as authorized by section 551.071.
14. Executive Session: Discuss legal issues related to claims by or against the Authority, pending or contemplated litigation, and any related settlement offers, or matters authorized by section 551.071.
