To Our Valued Customers

The safety and health of our customers, employees and community are of the utmost importance to the Mobility Authority, and we are here to help during these unprecedented times. We understand the concern and uncertainty customers may be experiencing surrounding COVID-19, and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers as the situation evolves.

We strongly encourage customers to call (833) 762-8655 with questions or concerns regarding Mobility Authority toll bills. We are here to help. You can also access billing information, FAQs, and more, here.
As always, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and all citizens of Central Texas is of paramount concern. We continue to monitor this quickly-evolving situation and are here to assist our customers as needed.
The Summit Drive customer service walk-up location is open and operating normally with enhanced health precautions in place.
The TxTag Customer Service Center located at 12719 Burnet Road in Austin will be open to assist customers from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. For the safety of our customers we ask that you wear a mask, sign in with the front desk, and return to your vehicle until you receive a text message stating that you may proceed into the building.

Customer service and bill payment options remain available online at and by phone at (833) 762-8655. Customers may experience longer than normal wait times to speak to a customer service representative due to the increased phone demand. We are striving to keep our call and response times as short as possible for our valued customers.
